it looks exactly the same from the fenders back.
The front end is a miracle makeover, but the rear is still to boxy and ugly. The front looks better then any other compact out though.

You'd think that for a car like this which is kind of in the right size and class category to potentially sell well all over the world that they could do a little more. There is alot more they could have done stylistically, and well I may have assumed wrong here, probably alot more they could have better engineered. Which could probably mean just using the Corsa instead.
But like it always comes down to, it's cheap, quite efficient, and most likely the best looking in it's class, so it'll probably do just fine.

Anyone in this market segment should be looking at a Versa, Fit, or Yaris ... even a used Echo would be superior to this thing.
Well, except of course for the Aveo being cheaper by 1, 2, several thousand dollars. Thats really the only positive point, isnt it?
