have a dilemma? i'm in the market for a set of nice aftermarket wheels for my suburban...as of late my truck has been pretty much a daily driver........., but as far as looks and comfort, will a 20" give it a little more of a cleaner look? or is this a classic example of bigger is better? i've been looking and i've seen suburbans with 20" wheels, that looks really great....and i've also seen some with 22's that has looked sweet as well. i know as far as tires ,i know the 20's will be cheaper,but i really love the look of the 22's.......racking my brain over which route to take...any input would be great thanks!

but in all seriousness, i've started noticing that on very large trucks, 20's are starting to look very blah. 22's are definitely a good size, 24's are just too large.

stock is goood
There was a new escalade that came in to work with the stock 18s and they look WAY too small. It kinda sucks though, because the 22s fit on there just perfect. I'd say go with the 22s with a thin not too thin tire (no low pro's). The 20s would look pretty good with a drop. But, remember ... if you went 24s, then you would need to upgrade your brakes. Also, just remember ... Simple Green will take the brake dust off better than any other aftermarket product

id say go at least 22s, anything smaller you may as well go with stocks. Id say 24s are perfect, but if its between 20-22s definatly 22s

20s on suvs are very small. it doesnt look right anymore. imo if you do rims on an suv, it should be atleast 24"
thanks fellas....think i'm either gonna go 22's or go with a factory oem chrome wheel. "stock 16's" can't go wrong with stock

anything larger than 24's will look outa place or make your self look like "donk" type setup.. but either 22-24 will look good and make sure it has a "lip" i love them
