i definitly agree, its a nicer car lower mileage , faster! and if i need any parts or goodies i can get them cheap, and its easy to work on them because we have the same engine on a lot of our infiniti's we will see today i gotta talk to the guy today see how much we paid for it at wholesale...

Sweet car, I was considering one before I got the Mazda 6, I would have loved it but couldn't pony up 22K for the one I was looking at. The manual is buttery smooth so I may opt against the auto though. Your call though, not everyone appreciates a stick in traffic.

I love it, but I would get the six speed manual. Awesome looking and performing sedan either way.

That's because we are talking about the Altima SE-R not the Sentra SE-R.
So I reiterate...Step away from the Elmer's Glue.

Re: 2005 Nissan Altima Se-R

yea maxima is nice , but for fully loaded its easily over 30k this car is nice i was lookin at an 07 altima but the 2.5 an such, and honestly i rather a used car thats 2 years old that is fully loaded and top of the model, then a decently loaded mid line car, know what i mean? i talked to the guy today he said he needs 22k, im gonna see what he can do for my trade in ( 06 fusion) as long as they give me 14.5k im going for it.....

ok they want 21.5 for it....which isnt bad, but i feel there raping me on my tradE (which isnt a surprise) they only want to give me what my payoff is which is BS , blue book is over 14 for it an they wanna give me 12 an change, i was countin on the difference to use as a downpayment, they use galves for pricing apparently, not sure what they say but im just anoyed the ppl i work with are giving me a hassle rather then just selling me the @!#$ thing, right now the payments he got me at are 450....substantially more then what i wanted to spend, interest rate was above 6% which is also more then i wanna spend, something under 5% would have been acceptable...but hes sayin since its used, its a little harder, not sure how true that is......i gotta talk with them tomorow let them appraise my car an then go from there...what do you guys think.....

Re: 2005 Nissan Altima Se-R
Tuesday, June 12, 2007 7:32 PM
well i j ust signed up to get the galves info, and they say my vehicle is supposed to get 13450 so i will accept that # nothing less, not a penny! that should help out a little, we shall see, i dunno if its worth 400+ a month what you guys think, right now im doin 300 a month....

Have you considered taking out a line of credit, which should have a lower interest rate, and using that to pay 'cash up front' to get an even better deal on top of the trade-in?
