Eclipse fuel pressure with Hahn Turbo kit Question
Saturday, May 26, 2007 8:29 PM
My cousin just boosted his eclipse GS with the hahn 20g turbo kit. The kit uses the cartech fpr to control the fuel pressure. My question is....We just hooked up his fuel pressure guage and at idle is stays at a constant 50 psi. Is that a high psi for idle or does that seem like a normal number?

Depending on the year, it should be 37-43...

Pressue sounds right there, but watch out for the under boost pressue. If he doesn't have an upgraded fuel pump he had better get one. That turbo can flow way more air than the stock fuel system can handle. Better pump, bigger injectors, AFC (or the like) required.
