what the heck? extended S2000? the exhaust looks funky
possibly mazda rx-something as well, tho the front bumper says s2000, the size of the badge covered on the hood looks a bit wide for honda.

and that nasty ass lookin exhaust... I've seen car companies go through quite a bit of trouble to keep a lid on new designs before... but taking an existing body, widening it, giving it a hard top it never had, and hacking holes in the bumper for exhaust, now THAT's something new... lol..

I can't agree it's mid-engined. If it were where are the air vents to cool it ?(all mid engined cars have that MR-2, Fiero, MR-2 Spyder, Ferrari, Lotus) There is no cross ventalation back there...So highly unlikely a motor back there. But I am racking my brain on what recent Honda concept had tail pipes like that? I think it actually was an NSX concept of some sort.

look at the pipes one large one small per side. one out of a turbo one from the waste gate four in all. and it still could be a mid engine. they are hidding the motor and distingushing figures which could mean they put the intake threw the car or into the passenger seat. and the radiator is probably up front.
Looks really odd, and yes likely mid engine.
Would be great to see a nice mid engine car hasn't been a decent affordable one since the 2nd gen MR2. IMO

Although why even have a tube for a waste gate that emties in the back.
And if you notice on 2 of the pictures the top exhaust is capped.

i was wondering about that too maybe it has two diffrent size exhast sytems with one opening to give you higher rpm range . elaborate yes but it is a test vehicle. or could have the turbos waste gates open and block the turbo ecixts for testing the engine with out any boost help.

Look very carefully under the rear bumper... seems to be a pretty thick tray under there, could be a scoop of some form... and for all we know the rad is at the front of the car....

also...look close at the upper exhaust pipe outlets, they arent fully capped, the caps are spaced, like a Supertrapp muffler.

In the first pic, behind the mesh you can kinda see the tubing and rad too.. Plus the massive air dam below it too.. Really cool none the less..
