Just bought one for my step son.
The car's unibody is in decent shape.
It came with a CF hood, Koni's, urethane bushings, Eibachs, AEM CAI, fuel rail, pressure reg, and lots of spare parts.
Needs some TLC
Worth $3K ?

i would say yes, the engine swap and other parts are worth more than 3k
Yeah... JDM H22's in non-running condition usually run $2500.
Good pick up.

somethign is definately wrong... a stock shell with a stock h22 swap is about 4500-5000 by the time your done. (mounts, linkage, wiring, h20 pump, timing belt, clutch, dizz) all parts that a smart person replaces when getting a used jdm motor.
and a stock 92-95 hatch is worth about 2000-2500.
if its a clean title and u konw the motor isnt on its last breath, then your not getting a good deal, your getting a steal. but that swap isnt one that someone does to drive gentle.

pics? The H22 is pretty potent ina hatch. My friend had one with that swap and it was quite a bit faster than my prelude was.

I hear it really messes up the handling. Is that true?
O noes!
Fast car. How old is your step son? Make sure he is careful.
