Between myself and three other guys we have gone through 5 10 Bolts in the past year.
This is what happens when you make power.
The 10 Bolt above is from a friend of mine ... he salvaged the parts from the 4 other blown rears and made a running frankenstein differential. The betting pool has already started and I got 2 weeks on it.
Myself, I am on my 2nd 10 Bolt and will be going 9in or S60 shortly.

the cts one is notorious for giving up as well...
i remember a coule years back a buddy of mine had a SS, he would run in the low 12s on slicks but had to go back to street tires because he was tired of replacing diffs

the 12 bolt in my 68 elco has taken a serious beating , and never let me down , or left me by the side of the road
when i had a 8.2 10 bolt in it while i had the 12 being rebuilt , it broke alot , dam pinion shaft broke
