fairly easy? got a friend with an impala and a leaking power steering pump, was just curious what was entailed if it was a fairly easy job. reservoir is up top, and hoses lead down to the bottom and I lost them in the darkness (lack of lighting when I looked). Webpage I found said their pumps were known for taking a crap, so I was just seein how hard so I know what to charge the guy
PM me the full details about the car and I'll let you knwo what the non warranty repair time is and how much is involved in doing it.
btw by full details I mean year, make, modle, trans, vin letter for engine if possible, etc..
Step 1: Remove Power Steering Reservoir Cap
Step 2: Remove LT1
Step 3: Install LS1
Step 4: Replace reservoir cap.
There, problem solved!
