Is there anything I can swap out of my 1989 GMC S-15 into my 03 Sunfire before I scrap it? I'm going to be getting rid of the truck for something better since the tranny died on my anyway. I was just wondering it there is anything I can take off of it and put to use in my car before I get rid of it. Aside from the body panels being rusty and having a bad tranny, the rest of it is in great condition. It's a 4x4 with a 4.3 motor and automatic tranny.

Maybe a deck if you have one.
Drivetrain should swap no problem. You'll have to do a little fabrication for the 4x4 components, but really duct tape and a hot glue gun will get you by.
Dash should bolt right in, but unless you upgraded the gauges at any point then there's no need to take a step back in that department.
Is it a bench seat? That'll bolt into the front or back of your Sunfire. My only concern would be if the seat patterns would flow with the rest of the interior.
If you feel like it, the entire exhaust system will bolt in in less than an hour (keep in mind, that works if you keep your Eco or swap in the 4.3)
1989 light bulbs are obsolete technology, none of them will swap (not even the dome light, sadly). The entire fuse box assembly will go right in as long as you have a good pair of wire cutters and a lot of electrical tape. I've heard rumors it even raises the governor to 121. Every little bit helps, right?
That's it off the top of my head, I'm sure others will have more input.

You forgot to add that you can take the front rotors and do a rear disk swap, you will need some bondo though for it to stay in place
Don't forget the flux capacitor. The one in the fire doesn't always put out the 2.2 jigga watts like you need. The 4.3 will for sure. Sometimes more.
Don't listen to Rabbit, he's making stuff up. Way to be a jackass dude.

What ever, you're just mad because you forgot to add that in your post and I called it out.
its 1.21 jigga watts
Norms Fenders
Holes in front bumper from plate bracket (custom)
Solo Hi Flow Cat/ 3in dual exhaust
Kappa Intake/IC Pipes
Pcm4less Tune
Infinity Kappa Speakers
Dakota Digital EGT & Boost Gauage
DDM Probeam
JPM Shifter
Custom Kicker System By JPM
MBRP Heat Shield
Dejon Intercooler
AlkaControl Water/Meth Injection
I would of swapped the cloth/leather seats from the S-15 because they're nicer and than my sunfire's but the only problem is they're red. The truck is black with a red interior.

how much you want for that truck?
LE61T PTE6262 Powered
Prob gonna try to sell it for $500 to try and get my money back that I paid for it, plus I kinda need the money at the moment. My wedding is right around the corner on May 5th and all the bills from the wedding are hittingus hard these past few weeks. If not I'm prob just gonna take it to the recycling yard and get prob around $300 for it. Me and a friend of mine took the motor, tranny, and turbo setup out of a Lebaron and got almost $300 for it at the local recycling yard. We did throw a ton of stuff in it though to make it heavier of course, lol. I was just wondering if there was anything in the truck worth taking out of it before I junked it. If someone wants it though I would sell it. I'd rather see it fixed than scrapped. It runs, but the tranny needs work. I drives in 1st and 2nd but Drive and OverDrive don't catch.
