My roommate just got his car re-tuned by Slowmotion Motorsports here in Columbus. It's stock block/head with a Cybernation turbo kit and a civic si intake manifold. On 18lbs of boost and c16, he made 502whp.

very nice, but the toruqe is kinda low. also if its a stock motor it may run good now, but his car is a ticking time bomb waiting to go off.

Yeah, but do you realize that those engines are not really ment for ALOT of torque, but they have a wider power band oposed to our cavalier.

Duh, it's j-body.org, (99% of the people on this site are going to comment on tq no matter how much it's putting down unless it's an LS1 or a Cavalier.)
Anyway, what stage kit is it? I believe anything over Stage 1 comes with pistons and rods and Stage 3 starts coming with springs, retainers and cams. If it truly is putting down that much power with a stock block/head, I can't see it being very reliable. Although it is tuned using KPro which for those who are unaware is the standalone engine management for the K-Series motors. Even still, 500+whp might be pushing it.
