There's been a few topics about wheels and rims lately.
I just wanted to remember the good old days of Cragar S/S's and Slotted mags and Chrome Reverse rims. Anyone else remember when a 15" wheel was huge? I miss those days. A simpler time when even cars with jacked up rears could handle.
I could care less what people do with their cars but I would not put any wheel larger than 18's on my car... it just throws off the lines of the car and steps into the "gangsta" territory.
Right, there's just a maximum size for a wheel that can be put on a car before it looks like a Matchbox toy. Sometimes that's the goal and it's cool to want a full sized "toy" for show and all that, but cars with 30" rims look like really cheap Guatamalan Matchbox knockoffs that your mom would buy in packs of ten at the dollar store. It's one thing to look like a toy, it's another to look like the type of toy bought by parents so kids can amuse themselves breaking them.
but cars like this can pull of 30" rims
