It could of easly been done in foam and then fiberglass ontop and filler to smooth it out.

I don't get it though. The chopper symbol is SUPPOSED to be used for a motorcycle club, yet every other car/truck is them on there advertising it. *shrug*

the maltese cross stands for bravery, courage, glory and honor, and contempt of death. it has nothing to do with choppers other than some guy put it on his bike and thus a fad was born.

couldnt have said it any better myself. it looks like they did a damned good job on it...it still had the ridge in the middle of the hood like stock. and i think if it was open in the back like a cowl hood....well that would make it all the cooler. its just a very aggressive piece that needs other to compliment it as a whole. but maybe thats in the works too
