im not feeling the front but overall its not a bad looking car.
other than the gtr badge and the rear it doesnt scream "skyline" to me....

The rear I like, but I think the front looks too much like a luxury car. Doesn't look as aggressive as older models.

It's not a Skyline. It's going to be on it's own platform that's unique from the Skyline platforms (the Skyline coupe, G350 Coupe and Skyline Sedan). The GTR will be it's own car.
I liked the Skyline GTR's (R34 GTR Nismo Tune... mMmMmM! Good!) but the GTR is promising to be a big leap in terms of performance and price (ergh) over the current Skylines.
It needed to be done though... The Skylines are beautiful cars, but having the domesticated ones and the versions that are higher performing named the same is gilding the lily a little IMHO.
It looks ugly while it is moving.
i also dont like the front end on the new GTR, and that lancer isnt appealing to me much either.
