looks good, but not low enough to go fast and furious.
Nice. You have shiny wheels.
handling improvement? how's ride?
uh oh...im sure everyones going to continue bashing the balts here,
nice car..though im not a huge fan of victory red
very clean...get rid of that silly wing and it will be sexy.
Great choice! I had a black 05 SS/SC, and I loved every minute of it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Maybe Im just pissed, pissed that my freinds are spineless, What else would you
call abandoment some night, when you're in a fight, and they could make things right?
Spineless. I miss some of my old friends, the ones who you could count on,
bet a huge amount on, the fact that they'd always have your back... Its like a kick in
the sack, just knowing, you've got nothing to fall back on. @!#$ this, Im done.
Everytime I see these I like them more and more....looks really nice!
Never drove one or had a chance to really see one up close (I'm in Germany and not many here yet with the military)...but how do you like it and how's the performance?
Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?
Kick ass car. Those Cobalt SS/SC's are ballsy as hell. My friend has a black 05 with an intake and the thing is just ridiculous when you start putting that thing to red line. I was looking into buying one as well, but I decided against it cause I didn't want to pay the extra $70 a month for insurance.
A good upgrade to look into if you want some extra power, is the stage 2 kit that GM has. I get employee pricing on it, but the normal cost is around $800? I'm not sure exactly on that so don't quote me, lol. Puts the power up to 243, so thats not bad at all
I like it/ them.
I had to go w/ the GTO tho due to employee discount and well, the 400hp v8.

I love my 07 SS, I wish i would have got the bling wheels and sunroof looking back now

I thought the SS came with those stock...? I have yet to see an SS/SC without a sunroof and the 18 inch wheels.
I hate the SS wheels though. Why, cause every damn Chevy SS has the same frickin wheels! The Cobalt SS/SC, Cobalt SS, Colorado SS, Trailblazer SS, Monte Carlo SS . . . Gets ridiculous -_- You'd think Chevy would've altered the design to mix it up.
I think he means chromed wheels.

very true i have one of very few cobalts without the sunroof, i hardly ever used it in my cav and for 750 i couldnt really justify it,
I opted instead for the 795 Limited Slip Differential
The bling wheels were a 395 option, again I wasnt trying to run up the cost as I will prob do aftermarket rims at some future point anyway
I am rather bitter about the fact that the G85 option no longer included the recaros after late august of this year, dont get me wrong I love the heated seats but the Recaros were way more comfy and im hoping to bribe another cobalt owner out of them at some point

i love these cars and want one, the only prob where i live a new one will set you back 35,000 beans, non ss goes for about 27,000.
i am going to find a wrecked one and fix it.
maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow....... but some day
Looks good man. And I love the colour.
They are suprisingly quick for what they are rated.... most of them are dynoing 210~ish to the wheels... And for the haters that say lose the wing(I went thru tons of that too) screw em, it fits the car.
Oh, and they are axing the recaros entirely? WTF?

Sadly, it probably comes down to cost savings somehow.
I love how they look lowered, nice car
I'm not a huge fan of the wing (luckily the 04' Ion R/Ls didn't come with them from the factory) id ditch it for some thing a little more subtle. but otherwise i like the look lowered.
<~~~~PWN3D!!
The SS wing stands out a lot. I always refer to it as the TV Antenna, lol. Useful if you need HBO in your Cobalt.
I do like that wing though, I also like the one that comes standard on the 2/4 dr's.
Nice! I like those chrome wheels better than the other gunmetal ones.
it has LSD ---- traction is awsome
no sunroof or recaros,,,,,,,they r uncomfotrable for me
rims are aluminum high polished
i like the car, but the wing is awkward... thank you chevrolet for making a nice car with a weird accessory yet again... and the wheels are kind of boring... they are HUGE for what they look like, but i would like to see something a bit more along the lines of the vettes rims if they want 5spoke. i wish chevrolet would think things through before completely making a new car and not getting it all right... example. the cavaliers rear end looked good until 03 i believe when chevy decided it would be a good idea to leave the weird cut offs at the trunk opening and take the tailights all the way across the rear... the cobalt is the same situation with that rediculous wing and 4 light wanna be lotus set-up... get a smaller aftermarket wing and the SS/SC is a pretty decent looking car, im a huge fan of chevrolet, but sometimes i dont understand what they had in their system when they thought that huge wing looked good... its still and fwd car right? why does it need the downforce or styling of an elephant on the trunk?
Looks nice man. I'm a big fan of the Cobalt. Your ride looks mean and aggressive with that lowered stance. Granted I'm not a fan of red (on any car) or the SS wing, but on this car, everything just seems to flow together and works.
