haha. Well we call that hole jeepeater2. Normally the water sit right at about a 31" tire. Last night we had some wicked rain along with all the ice we used to have that is melting out on the land. I got caught up on a tree stump an was stuck in the hole... Driver side front fender was under water, interior flooded out, tranny flooded out as well...
Right now the jeep is im-moble (if thats the right word). Tomorrow I am going to be flushing every fluid in the jeep and see if we cant get her running again... Lesson learned: peer pressure makes for fun times, but a jeep is not a submarine!

Actually this trip I managed to stay fairly clean and dry with the exception of my boots. The only dirt I got on me was from the dog running around in mud puddles then jumpin on me
Sucks man, hope you get it running again. Auto trans and deep water don't mix. At least you had fun.

Yeah snorkel would not have done anything (this time). My trans breather is located in the bell housing so it sits quite low and the water ended up bring pretty deep once the jeep went in and dug down
gotta do the swampy bypass...

Nothing we dealer techs love more then when people do this stuff. I use to get new Rams with less ten 10k run into lakes.

electrical @!#$ went the last time I took it through a river!... Good news is I got it running enough to get back on the trails! Selling my bike to buy a truck and trailer
DAMN how fun does that look.
Who cares if it is dead, I wish when my g/f had her Jeep we went that crazy with it.
