is the G5 not a jbody, and where would i find aftermarket stuff for one...?
G5 is a Delta (not a J) and is identical to the Cobalt in just about every way. Check out the Cobalt forums for more info.
Honestly the only differences are the bumpers and the emblems, its such a waste for them to even come out with this car
1989 Turbo Trans Am #82, 2007 Cobalt SS G85
thats like saying the sunbird/sunfires were a waste
i
dont wanna hear anything about 'birds
I like the little differences like the optional carbon fiber look interior trim and 18" wheels.

Ehh...its a pontiac (which is good IMO), but basicly, its the same damn thing...just different badgeing and bumpers...thats all...soon their'll be G-balt swaps going on prolly...if they want to even do that....whatever...im just talking out of my ass right now...so im gonna quit.
The G5 came out in Canada first, where there is a relatively large market for small cars and Pontiac wanted in on that. So maybe since GM already had the car, they firgured why not sell it in the US too.
I like the G5 GT's looks ALOT more than the Cobalt SS. I'm happy they made this car.
the g5's have much cleaner looking bumpers imo especially the ass.
maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow....... but some day
What are you guys talking about?

the g5 is what GM renamed the pursuit which is basically a cobalt that was canada only. It was brought to the US cuz ever since the sunfire was canned, Pontiac hasn't really had an entry level car and the dealers have been begging GM to bring it to the US to help them with sales.

What you know about Street Racing anyways? Only what Fast & Furious taught us....
SO EVERYTHING!
Cobalt... Pursuit... or, now G5...
Cosuit? Purbalt? Cob5? Gobalt?
Ha ha, that's funny @!#$
I think I've seen Aston Matin DB9's more often than a Pontiac G5. Cobalts are all over the place. Are G5's priced higher than an equivalent Cobalt??
