Actually all GM "bad running" comments aside the Aurora V8 was a really fun car to drive, it had some serious balls. It put the V8 powered Taurus SHO from the same era to shame.
But was a steaming pile of crap. the interiors simply fell apart. C&D did the right thing they gutted it and left the only good thing about it in tact. The motor.

yeah the Aurora's interior sucks, my dad had one for a while, the back glass leaked constantly replaced the glass and seals 4 times did everything possile and it didnt do a thing, his was a 3.5 and it still hauled in a big way I can only imagine a 4.0.
