Hi my dad just got a 91 buick to drive to work. the radio has a sound throughout the speakers kind of like if ya put a cell phone by a computer.....like a frequency problem??? THis sound is very evident... even with no cell phone in or near the car.....anyone have any suggestions???? i cant really locate the noise to one speaker

The 89 Cutlass my wife and I used to have used to do the same thing except when the engine was running the stereo sound was fine but start the engine and the sound would go back to @!#$ty. God I am so glad to be rid of that POS bank breaker.
