Hey everone I havent posted in a while but have been stopping bye now and then, anyways just wanted peoples oppinions on the all wheel drive Isuzu impulse as im considering one as an alternative to a dsm. Thanks in advance and all comments welcome.

youve found a rare car with lots of potential, problem is theres not many parts for it.

I think these cars look very good. That's about all I know about them, other than their pretty rare.
And out of curiosity, where does an Asuna Sunfire fit in with the Isuzu??? It looks pretty much the same as the Impulse, so I'm assuming they are related.
If you've found one, I'd say as long as it's in good shape, get it. I looked for one for a long time. A friend had one and it was fun as hell to drive. Only one I ever found was in the classifieds. I went out and looked at it, the owner said it was wrecked pretty bad but he only wanted $150 for it.. It started and ran, but it had been rolled so it needed everything above the belt line replaced and a new front end. Too bad. Regular Impulses and Geo Storms are easier to find and the parts would have fit.
the asuna sunfire has an isuzu motor, i would love to find an impulse, if nothing else a motor for one, and drop it in my storm

You mean one of these? I used to own a 1991 Impulse AWD turbo with driveline mods. Everything from larger f/p, injectors, t-bird turbo, stainless turbo back exaust/downpipe, lowered, shaved head, 14.2psi boost blah blah blah... yeah they're VERY quick cars.
I love those cars. I wanted to swap one of those motors into my storm. The suspension systems in the impulses were made by lotus.

thnx everone I've seen a fair amount in my area just never thot it could possibly be an awd or turbo. N e one know how they stack up 2 other awd/t of the same year . mainly a 1992 plymouth laser turbo awd (talon).
