wow, it's been on the shop talk forums for a while, the ECO in a VDUB. I thought maybe you guys knew about it. Some are trying to make it work in a sedan (old bug) I'll have to go and see what the progress on that is.

last one for a while, ECO in a bug, the sand rail again, and a ghia, it takes some fitment mods just to mount the motor to the tranny. these cars will waste just about any other 4cyl on the road with a tuned ECO, due to weight and gearing. Reason being, a 30HP motor was stock, and 4000 was the redline. All in a 2k lbs. or less car.
actually... one project I'd LOVE to take on in the future is an Eco in a Corvair. that would be HOT!
