Nissan will use Los Angeles to unveil its newest pair of pocket rockets, the 2007 Sentra SE-R and SE-R Spec V, which are scheduled to go on sale in March 2007.
The new models also follow a longstanding SE-R tradition of high-revving four-cylinder engines. In this case, the specifically tuned 2.5-liter engines in both the SE-R and SE-R Spec V are variants of the same engine found under the hood of the Altima 2.5 instead of the 2.0-liter 140-hp four from the base Sentra. The SE-R is rated at 180 horsepower with the Spec V coming in at an even 200 hp.
The SE-R model comes with a "specially modified version" of Nissan’s Xtronic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) with a set ratio mode controlled by standard paddle shifters. The Spec V adds 6-speed manual, Brembo brakes, an available helical limited-slip differential, larger front disc brakes, sportier suspension tuning, and a chassis-stiffening front strut tower brace.

I like the new look, kinda like a mini-maxima.
props to nissan for the hp bump, but i wish they would have went with the 2.0L and Forced induction. What can i say, i like turbo nissans
www.drluc.ca
looks like smaller version of the maxima/altima
Looks good, I'd drive it. I wouldn't mind having a regular version as a daily driver so I don't have to drive the Mustang everywhere I need to go.
i still prefer the previous gen snetra... props for more power though
I need to see one in person before I decide whether I like it or not. I can never tell from a picture because of the angles they are taken at.
the rear looks like a racier Prius.
LOL
I like it alot.

no tanks on the new styling.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.
I just bought a 20 inch widescreen ultrasharp flat pannel..I'm going to have to subscribe to the high quality porn places now......damn
yeah hideous to say the least.
what I really want to know is... can you live in it for 7 days and annoy me with your stupid videos about doing so?
I work on Wall Street, but didn't force you to take out a loan you couldn't afford.
Not working for me. Prefer the look of my buddie's 04 spec v.
I had something really funny to put here but it was too long.
I like 2 things about that car....200hp N/A and the wheels....looks ugly imo
"Modern Cars, they all look like electric shavers to me..."
How many steps to heaven, Doc?
...Ah, metaphysics.
I think it looks like trash.
Not a fan either...looks to much like a mini-maxima
looks like it was squished = no bueno
I like the front a lot. I hate the rear. My favorite Spec-V is 02
However I love the Brembo's and wheels on the 05/06's.
The power is nice on the 07 though. I think its great also that they have 200HP N/A specially with the 4-door SI comming out. Competition is great in car companies. Keeps pricers lower and performance better. There aren't too many cars to really compete on a fair lvl with the Spec-V. 4-door NA cars. The Civic EX is no competition, the mazda 3 isn't much either and same goes for the Cobalt 4-door. The SRT-4 is turbo.

The 4 door cobalt SS hirts the spot decently with 177 hp and decent torque threwout the powerband, I hope this 200hp N/A motor isnt all high end like Toyota's Corrolla's SR-S version. THE low end sucks !!
My Cav
