Family's New Truck

Well heres my family's latest ride, 2007 Escalade, fully loaded, indash touchscreen w/navi, 22's, rear seat dvd, xm, etc. Picked it up friday, so far I'm incredably impressed, all the control are fairly intuitive, the ride is good, and the exhaust note is amazing.

Anyhow here are some pics, trucks dirty but I'm not gonna wash it, its snowing and I'm lazy as hell.

And heres my dads summer car, for when its not snowing like a mutha.

Whats everyone think?

Love it and I agree they are amazing. My mom looked at the same thing(black and loaded) before buying her Denali XL

What I'm hearing here is, people should only get what they require for their basic needs? Like why should we get an escalade when we could make due with an volvo station wagon.

Kinda sounds like communism lol

Escalades, Navigator, H3. All smell me money as far as I'm concerned. All nice looking, but completly un-economical, 30K+ for maybe 16mpg and 90% of those who own them use them to transport 1 person daily, and most people can't drive them properly in the first place. Sad that people think of it as a status symbol. Not saying thats you, but its my general feeling on any vehicle that has enough power to tow a house without a truck bed.

She loves it, shes always owned them so she was kinda stuck on em. The only reason she even looked at the caddy was because the dealer didn't have new denalis in yet...I like the Escalade looks and power alot more, but the rest is identical.
