best thing to ever happen to the s2k
a toyota powered honda
interesting, definitely much faster
but its kinda like putting a ford motor in a chevy or vise versa
my friend sent me this the othre day
very nice
that video is great. you can tell those guys are genuine car nuts... i mean, jesus h christ, they built a toyota-powered honda in their home garage! that is truely insane, i want two of them
That is a very insane swap. I love my LS1 in my goat, but i i have to admit the 2JZ is quite the monster engine toyota created.

I would like to know how the swap affected the handling. I am sure the car is a beast but if you are after straight line speed why use a car that was built for the twisties. That being said I would still like to take one out for a spin.

This post has nothing to do with a LSx , even at all.
2JZ> You.

I think what he meant was. they are also company's putting built LSx motors in the S2000 for cheaper. meaning a better value. Don't get me wrong 2JZ in a strong motor, but it weighs a ton being a straight 6 with all the Turbo components too.
get me one geeds

2JZ engine....no @!#$. Wonder if they ordered the parts from japan?
Ok im done, thats the coolest s2k ive ever seen

It's a cool S2000. No doubt.
I'd still go with the Mallet Solstice.... LSx > 2JZ Anytime.

weight vs money , the LSx is alot better choice
plus if something breaks alot easier to get parts for
I don't know if I would trust them with that car and 16k in their home garage. I'd be sleeping there for that 2 weeks.
And there's a 2JZ in works for that RX7 as well. Nice..
To bad it's just a motor in a car, who knows if it actually drives?

That's not nice, its retarded. The LSx swap is far far easier, cheaper, and can produce far more power with much less money.
