Really enjoyed that! I fell in love with Subaru when a buddy of mine took me out on roads similar to those, all gravel lined with trees, in his Legacy sedan and had some fun. Nearly wet my pants, but loved it!

thanks guys. part II should be coming soon. my buddy and i are gonna go out and play in the woods again here in the next week or two (buddy has a 97 outback sport wagon with a 5spd and he can drive better than me so...)
as for it being ugly... that it is. it's my winter beater/rally beater. it's a hell of a lot of fun though. it'll probably be getting some outback bumpers, outback hood, and a fresh coat of flat black here before too long.

I think I'm going to get a bunch of my buddies and myself to go do that sort of thing on the gravel roads around here. I know some good spots. Just wait for a nice dry day...plenty of dust that way
