That interior is just absolutely crazy! The exterior is sooo ugly though.

Haha I just noticed the subs under the rear bumper. Nuts...

Ugh at the exterior. They ruined a perfectly good 6-series
amazing work that lacks any good taste what so ever
It's not really a car anymore. I saw it in person at the OC auto show.
yeah its kinda old news , i saw it a while back
i saw it in person and walked up to it and such, pretty awesome work they did to it and yeah its obviously just a show piece.
seeing cars like that makes me wonder why they dont just mold a custom fiberglass box and load it with amps and subs instead of ruining a beautiful car such as that.

Because when I saw it in person, I had to look over the heads of 20 other people.
It doesn't look real in the finish pictures, looks like a cartoon.
Its the batmobile on crack ... But I bet that system sounds pretty sweet.
yea....i mean its amazing work......but its dumb
damn you gus are stupid
when have you ever seen a car audio company's project show off car look like a regular car wih a system. The whole point of it is to have a vehicle by the crazziest thing you've ever seen.... doesn't anyone remeber the mini they did a couple years ago? The point of it isn't to have a stock vehicle, the point of it is a one off custom work of art on wheels "when I saw it in person, I had to look over the heads of 20 other people." that is exactly what they are going for. Liek it or not you will stop and look at it.
Gary Bell, Steve Brown, and the rest of the Alpine team do this for one reason: to see how far their imagination can take them. They want to up the bar each time they work on a car. It's all about getting attention, and they seem to be the masters at doing so. Their Honda Civic SI, BMW X5, Mini Cooper, and Acura RSX were all designed with the intention to draw people in to look at it.
It's a show car. It's sole function is to make an impression in your head and cause you to remember the name "Alpine"

They've already done a civic... and an RSX, and an X-5. and a Mini cooper....
