blue car (R.I.P) - 240whp @7psi..
silver car - 305whp 315lbs.tq @15psi (91 Octane) or 420whp & 425lbs.TQ @20psi (94 octane+Alcohol Injection)
All dynos run on a Mustang dyno
the engine just went boom....
it sounds like when the Nitrous hit the clutch started slipping and when the clutch stopped spinning the car went kablooie

Must be nice to blow up a $15K motor and not even think twice about it
*shakes head*

..................Which car will hit 400 whp first???..................
flame didnt come from the car , unless the left rear wheel area exploded
looked more like the dyno broke

flame came right out the exhaust

no phil it didnt
it would have come out both tips if it did
it looked like it may have come out the drivers side but it comes out the side of the dyno roller
ok now I see the sparks happening before the blow.. I dont actually think the vette blows does it?
and even so if its a true dual system and only 1 bank blows up only 1 side of the exhaust will blow flames and smoke...

I think the Vette blew up.
-Sparks and shrapnel is coming out of the exhaust
-Then the fire came out of the left muffler.
Ouch.

yea it was the engine that went not the dyno... it could have been just the one side being they are true dual exhaust

Most dynos see 1000+ hp cars anymore I doubt a c6 z06 w/ a 300 shot will do anything to it. Probably the motor.

The fire came from the driver side exhaust pipe, and that has really got to suck. I would be FURIOUS.

The dyno could only take 900 hp? Must have been a cheap one, the ones ive used have had car that went to 1300 hp.
