The only way you would get me in a German car, is if it only has a diesel.
IMO the MK4 Jetta/Bora is the best looking Jetta ever.
Your car looks really good. Well put together.
One Q though? What do you have on the door handles?

I like VW, but iv just always hated the jetta for some reason. Either way, that looks pretty hot, but maybe thats because its my favorite color

2004 GLI 1.8t 6speed has intake and exhaust right now and soon as the warrenty runs out it will be chipped. Probably lowered before that since i don't like the body roll on it. all in all I love it and after driving this and getting back into the cavalier I just can't stand the cavalier anymore.

i think it looks fine at that height
maybe just get some strut bars and anti-sway bars for it

Chip, then new diverter valve (try to get them at the same time).
GLI suspension is still pretty conservative, so you could go lower, I would add a rear sway bar first and see how that works for you. Bushings will help in responsiveness, not body roll...but are still a good upgrade.

I completely agree with you, going from a Jetta to a cavalier is like night and day, you just cant compare

I love that color, i\t reminds me of my friends 2002 1.8T GLS, except for the fact hers is black, and doesn't have all the excess chrome goodies yours does.

Nice purchase. I think a nice set of chrome or polished wheels woujld flow nicely with the chrome moldings and door handles. Hell throw in some chrome tips for the exhaust as well.

Yeah the dppr handle things are coming off today and I have app. to get chipped friday and new dv. Also have boost gauge coming to install also. New rims will be eventually but trying to make it faster and handle better first because I like the way it looks for now. Rear sway bar is first on suspension and then koni coilovers as soon as money allows.
Thanks for all the comments.
