A guy I work with has a WRX and is a big Subaru fan. He sent me a link to a STi that's been covered in - yes - truck bed liner. It's black, scratch-proof, and in my opinion, very hot.

yeah...if i could afford enough rhinoliner/linex, i would have done my van with it. instead i'm opting for chalkboard paint.

I cant say id tear apart a car like that unless i bought it for a rally car..then again if i had the money to buy a 04 STI for a rally car, i dont think id be worrying about paint and @!#$...

its hard to tell but is there a fmic there? just wondering cuz thats the whole reason the stis have the scoop facing the other way to get air to the tmic

yea he has a front mount.
i think it's pretty sweet. i love the look of the wrx's/sti's without the rear spoiler.
its alright... but the hood (in both cases) looks like crap

Jeez, reminds me of this guy around me who had a yellow cougar with rhino lining. On top of that it was bright YELLOW. I threw up often when i would see it. That WRX look a little better since its black.
