New Toy

1967 Pontiac 230 SOHC "Sprint" 6, got it off a guy my dad knows. I cant wait to tear into this thing and rebuild it. Im tryin to think of something im gonna put it in. I'm relly thinkin late seventies Le Mans (Malibu w/ A Pontiac front clip.).

I would just restore it. One of the first American OHC engins.

Especially on something as cool as an old Sprint.

And don't ruin a classic car. Restore it to it's original beauty.

to be honest i'd sell it for whatever i can get. If you really want a good engine go with the old 455 tons of aftermarket for it. but if you dont want something that big get a 350 chevy those engines are great too. but honestly i just dont see wasting time putting in a v6 into an old car when you can buy a 455 for 200-300 dollars and put it in just as easily.

He said he only has the STRAIGHT 6 motor, not the car. Hes looking for a car to put it in.

Yes plus ive loved this motor since my dad had a 66' Tempest Sprint when i was little. I'm just aimin to be differant...
