All I can say is WOW! My brother just picked one up and let me take it out for a spin. It's sooo smooth through the RPMs, but it had a tad too much power for me....LOL! I was heading down the street and noticed I was going 75mph and I was only about 4000 rpms into 3rd gear.

I only have about 150 more miles till 1500 miles, so after a good break in were going to see what numbers we get stock on the dyno. Then me and my dad will start to build the bike.

A 14 is retarded fast! Watched a stock one walk a t57? WS6 tonight on the highway! We were all at a huge car meet and the Ws6 popped the hood to show the crazy big turbo and I remembered the 14 still had dealer plates on it. Cool bike deffinately!

They are both VERY fast, but from what I have seen is that the ZX-14 is quicker.

First two runs 1st gear roll ons at 5k with busa rider starting out by virtue of lowering his left hand. This was done for consistancy purposes.
Third and fourth runs with Busa using Nos. What a big difference nos makes! 2nd gear starts to eliminate the busa rider missing the first to second gear run on the juice.
The result off the nos the busa rider would lose by about 8 bikes on average.There were more runs than showed on the video clip but the average was approximately 8 bike lengths. The race would go from 5k in first gear to about the beginning of 5th gear before we slowed down. In first gear as soon as the race began the zx14 would immediately gain about a bike and 1 1/2 to 2bikes before shifting into second. Then it would continuously pull up to its approximate 8 bike lead. Keep in mind the busa rider is starting the race. But the fact is the 14 immediately pulls on the busa.
All runs with the nos were startedin second gear. We tried a first gear start but the busa guy couldnt find second. So we did the remaining tests from 2nd gear 5k start up to 5th gear.
Again the zx14 would immediately pull to about a 2 bike lead and then i couldn't get any more distance. In fact about mid way thru 4th gear the busa would start reeling me back in slowly. One run he actually won by about two bike lenghs.

In all the ZX14 is that fastest stock production bike out. It's set all new records, smashing all of the busa records Stock and bolt-ons. The fastest stock 14 i seen to date is by Rickey G. ran 9.30s stock.

Most stock 14s on the net have been making between 167 to 176RWHP and 103 to 112 TQ
Most stock busa made anywhere to 150s to 160RWHP
Just wait till muzzys 650hp turbo kit for the 14s

My friend had one all done up. Just got his permit and all then it got stolen. They found it in ATL (about 80 miles north) w/ the the ignition missing and some other things.
Damn shame too.
