How you liking your C5 man?

It's complete nirvana evertime I get behind the wheel, thanks man.
I drove 2 C5's everyday in high school ( a 98 auto vert, and a 00 black 6spd vrt) and i swore to myself I would own one someday.
Now that day has come and it still hasn't set in really, every car has been fun but this is without question my ideal car. It is 10 years old, the stock leather seats have cracks, however thankfully the dash and doors aren't faded at all. There are little rattles in the side windows that the new C5 did not have, but overall it's a very smooth ride.
I loved my c4 vette, but it was so "rough" and the build quality didn't seem quite right. ( I had the z51 option which in 85 was known as a rough ride.)
Even though it's only a generation jump, the difference between the c4-c5 is quite astonishing. I personally think that corvette's really got worlwide respect with the introduction of the C5. The zr1 was a great car, but not well rounded. I feel the c4 is still a better car for autocrossing, but overall handling and quality and ease of driving fast smoothly the c5 wins hands down.
I've been a big fan of the lemans races and follow the series religiously. My goal is to build my car to resemble a clean non stickered GTS looking roadcar. I will however not put a big spoiler on the back, I just want the car to appear wide and low. I'll keep you posted on progress as is happens. Which won't start for a few months Im broke.
i like them exp what the did near the handels or one question can you plz get me the paint code? its black right?

I love the wheel+tire package, but the huge smoothed out widebody thing they have going isn't that hot to me.
Maybe it's just the pictures though! I'm sure I'd still appreciate it up front and close.

And for the rich and famous.
Someone should seriously put that car out of its misery, all it wanted was a few autox's and a track day here in there.

Well, if I were to pick a limo, that would DEFINITELY be my first choice. Screw all those hummers n @!#$.
Yes.. A 'vette limo would be way cooler than the hummer limo's you always see..

And that limo is soo wrong in so many ways.
That is one reason why the Eurotrash owners (Lamborghini, Porche etc) will never give us/Corvette respect, because of stupity like that.

Just not a fan. It is too gawdy, like they tried to hard to make it "clean" looking, but ended up with the opposite results.

IMHO, if they did all that work, they could of done something different with the door handles. They totally ruin how good the rest of the car is.
The headlights make it look like it wants to be a Mistu 3000GTO.
The C5-osine... I shudder to think how long and twisty the driveshaft is.
And the THE coolest limosine was the AMC Pacer Limo from Wayne's World II. I mean, a headliner mounted licorice dispenser.. for the win.
