The Drive, Las Vegas

Hey guys, got back from Vacation last week, but haven't been on much, just wanted to say I had a good time doing the drive in Vegas. I drove a Corvette, a GTO, A Solstice, and a Caddy CTS V. They were all alot of fun, but the GTO was the most fun. The Corvette was a Auto and stuck in second gear (probably set up for the course) so it was ok, The GTO was a lot of fun, I actually lost all the change in my pocket when i took off. The Solstice actually sucked, that trans is @!#$ty, I killed it twice, but it was a manual trans. I think they had the Gas pedal on a time delay with a slow start or something. The Caddy was real nice though, it got around great.

I also road with my G/f as she drove a Hummer through the off road hummer course, that was awsome, I would suggest a Hummer and a GTO to anyone that gets out their.

Thats all.

How much did it cost you to drive the cars?

10$ for 2 trips around the road course in each car (2 cars total) or 1 trip around the Hummer or truck course.

You got 2 vehicles for 10$, or 1 for 2 drives.

Did you get any pics!? I see thread after thread about this, and info online, but no pictures of the arena, the cars, the tracks, the environment, etc. Do they forbid photography? My bachelor party is going to be there on July 15th. It's going to be awesome.

Welcome to the wonderful world of drive by wire. It sucks.

I'll get pics up in a few min.

The Solstice actually drives that bad? I had someone else say that too.
My Cobalt is not that bad though (is it drive by wire? I thought it was)

The Drive is behind the Sahara, at the last Monorail stop.

it was a lot of fun, I wouldn't consider it a tourist trap, it was cheap, and fun.
