That is one nice looking Camaro! Who's to say it not worth $25K. It's worth what someone is willing to pay. My Brother has a 1986 Dodge Daytona TurboZ that looks just as good as that Camaro and only has 5500 miles on the clock. He has been offered $12,000 for the car and has turned it down. I also have a 1986 Dodge Shelby Charger that only has 16K on it. It was a giveaway car at Chryslers at Carlisle in 2001, and last year it won a first place award at the Concours D Elegance at Ault park in Cincinnati. I feel It is one of the nicest Shelby Chargers anywhere. With the History of the car and the low miles I would not sell it for less than $10,000.00. Any car out there is worth what someone is willing to pay. Last week I saw a 73' AMC Gremlin w/ 3200 miles on Ebay with a high bid of $12,900. with Two days left in the auction. Who would of thunk that a 1973 Gremlin would be worth that much.

The KBB on that is like 3000 dollars. Which is why i dont trust KBB. That car has 1300 miles on it and is rare. Plus its @!#$ Mint. I mean look at it, if i had 25k i would be buying it.

Umm, it's not just an IROC.

It's a 1LE IROC... probably one of the rarest 3rd gens ever made.

Only 62 of them were made that year. If it's a CA emissions (YF5) car, then only 26 of them were made. If it's a CA emissions car along with that 350 and auto, then there were only 5 built.

It doesn't look like it's a YF5 because it's in Florida, but it's possible.

That car may be 25k now, but in 20-30 years will be worth as much as probably what a 1st gen Yenko is worth now. You may think they're mullet cars, but they have reached their bottom and are starting to increase in value year by year. Alot of people will be wishing they got them when they were cheap.

And i'm dead serious. If you have the chance, you should get one. Even if it's a base v6.

oops, just realized it's a 305 5 speed. Not as rare as the 350, but still an extremely rare car.

I can't remember the exact number, but 34 were built, but only like 12 of them had YF5 I think.

Re: Sweet 3rd gen

90 is the year to have because it's the last year for the IROC and also the most rare(they only made the IROC in 90 for less than half the model year) that, and it is a 1LE...

It's worth the money, but I can't figure why someone would order a stripe delete on an IROC....

Your just mad that in 20-30 years the only thing people will say about your car is "it gets good gas mileage"

Who the @!#$ is gunna say that lol, they dont even get good gas milage.

And i think the Iroc is ok speed wise, 14.40 in the 1/4 mile. And easier to upgrade than a cav.(engine wise)

I'm from jersey.... so I have to like 3rd gen IROC's.... 25K does seem steep, but on the other hand that car may be worth a lot more someday...

Did you see the Z28 that sold for 40k at the barret jackson auctions? Its a 1LE 91 Z28 camaro with a 5.7L TPI. It had 78 original miles on it. Still had the dealer sticker in the window. It was showing 16city 22hwy MPG, lol.

You wanna run em? Your going to call a third gen F-body slow, when a J-body is even slower than the F-body?

I wouldn't be afraid to run most any J-body with my 83 Z's 305. Especially of the line, I come out of the hole hard.
