So basically the G5 has of right now is just a rebadged Cobalt, with a new Grill. They only have listed the 2.2L ecotec and 2.4L ecotec engines. But they also have listed 18 inch wheels and the G85 package, so the LSJ might be coming.

hmmm
a G85 equiped 2.4 would be nice
Are the batteries in the Cobalt's all mounted in the trunk??
ron-as far as i've seen (had 5 rentals between my car and my brothers car being jacked up), yes they are.
GO PATS!!!

Dont you dare say that! If I didn't have the ole ball and chain to worry about, then my ass would be getting a G6 coupe so quickly.
g6 is alot nicer than the g5
^^Yeppers
G6 > G5. Case closed.

lol like i said originally- i cant complain i love it. i do love my car i just wish there were things to do to it but oh well either good things come to those who wait or im going to be pulling money outta my butt to get customized since no one wants to make these cars more nice (i have a huge list of future mods i wanna do) and the fact that my fiance uses all the money for his z24 lol. oh well!
Mr.Goodwrench-G.T. what dont we know that you know? i wanna know! im nosey
The front end of this car looks way worse than the Cobalt, but the rear end of the coupe looks way better.
Am I reading things wrong, or does it say 4 wheel independent suspension?
The G5 has independent rear suspension!?!?!?!?
Delta platfrom doesn't have IRS.. Come on now..
Anyways, I still think the Ion is the best look delta platform car there is.. HHR being the most ugly of them all. IMHO.

Look at page 3 of the book when you follow the instructions on the first post. It says 4 wheel independent suspension.........
Maybe Goodwrench can clear this up
Nevermind, it must be a typo or considered "semi-independent" rear suspension like the Cobalt. The RPO codes are the same (FE1 and FE3) for the suspension.
kind of like a mini GTO / Grand Prix look going on
