That's dealer rice, I think those are the Razzi Sides.
A friend of mine and my sister got those on their Sunfires, and they're such a PITA to clean.

I don't think the sides are Razzi, they're way too common(from dealerships) for that.
Cavalier SS's are common here... It's pitiful. I saw another one today.
Also, not sure if it is just here or not, but every single 2 door cavalier sold in Newfoundland has Z22 stickers on it. EEWWW!
Other oddities include Cobalt RS, sunfire GTX and STX, and my personal favorite, cavalier SST.

I believe those are moldings that could be purchased (as aftermarket accesories) a while back from the GM Accessories website. I remember getting a booklet in the mail from the Chevrolet dealership where I purchased Cavalier about 3 months after I had it. In the booklet it had those same moldings for the +03 Cavaliers as well among other generic aftermarket accessories such as bug guards, mud flaps, .etc.
