Expected. The 1.8T was incredbile, now with more displacement.

I've never seen a 1.8T have that much power with that few mods.

ok ok i guess i really dont care that much if some of my friends know what i have
on top of what i already listed i have:
bigger turbo
front mount intercooler
pully set
set of motor mounts
larger injectors
larger turbo manifold
all pipes associated with the turbo have been replaced by apr's stuff
that run spiked at about 22 psi
whoo i feel better lol
even though the numbers are high my times still suck
i just cant seem to break 12s

Yeah, I was gona say....no way a K03s or K04 can make those numbers...You definitely need a BT to hit that.

it says in his first post, APR tage 3+, which is a GT28RS.
I'm just surprised he's making numbers like that on a tip trans and hasn't blown it up yet....

Word your tranny wont be lasting too long, they say they give out around 250-300 Ft Lbs of torque, Im interested to see how long it will run, seeing as I have the same tranny. Nice numbers though, thats what most manual tranny cars are putting down with the gt28rs, nice man. I would LOVE to see some pics, why havent you posted this on vortex?

as far as 20th ae goes thats what i get when i punch the vin at the dealer as far as being one i have no idea lol but im assuming so
ive made about 6 total runs on this setup........i dont leave the apr 3+ on when im driving normally........you can turn it on and off with the set button on the cruise

the N75 is the stock wastegate control valve... basically, an ecu-controlled electronic boost controller... thats probably why his hp curve is a little funny looking, because the software tries to keep a tight lid on boost and different versions of the N75 (H,J, etc..) all react at different speeds producing slightly different boost curves...

Didnt notice APR 3+....I personally dont really like any APR stuff, so i dont keep tabs on it lol. Over 200whp on a 1.8T is very easily achieved with bolt on stuff. Hell, a chip gave me 44whp and 66wtq, and I dont even have an exhaust or upgraded side mount intercooler yet.
To the OP, keep up the good work! Let's hope that tranny stay together!

i didnt have a problem against a vr6 with an eip kit on 8 or 11 psi. and the only 1.8T i raced was bone stock so that wasnt a biggie.

My brother (DuganZ24) picked up a new '06 GTI a few weeks back...... took it down to a dyno today (in Gurnee IL) and layed down 194hp Stock....... not to bad for a factory car.
