I was at a club meet last night and we had a few people with decent cars. there was one evo lx there. guy who owned it was kinda of cool. we got to talking and he asked if I wanted a ride. I said sure. so he went over to the pass side and pulled out what looked like surgical tubeing with a plastic thing in the middlee....... yeah thats when the pee started flowing. he poped the engine bay grabed his extended wastegate hose and put it in. took the little cyl looking thing and sort of just spun the knob.....yeah more pee. he took out his air box and we got in the car. I pulled my seat belt back real tight and made sure it locked. rest of the club started smiling as we pulled out onto the road.
now to compleately understand my feeling you have to realize that I have been building by turbo kit from the ground up. I have no previous knowldge of cars except what I have taught my self. I ve only ever ridden in one other turbo car. (some fat kid named phil)
any way as we sat at the light I figured that it was going to be like that. I figured these factory turbo cars have an ove boost limiter right. i mean how high could it bee. ummm yeah. light went green and he dumped it at around 4g's no spin just neck pain. I tried not to look like a deuche and keep my head straight. but I coulndt. I felt like the car knew I was scared and pulled that much harder. as we approached the light he deiced to prove to me that the car did only one thing better then go fast.... stop. he slamed on the brakes and the car just sort of stoped. no dive no screeh just stoped. (by this time pee was everywhere)
we went back to the meet I got out of the car and sort of half smircked half cried. needless to say my turbo goes in this week or next no exceptions.

haha sounds like my first expiernce in my buddys 99 GSX Spyder.....He had alot of work done to it...ALOT and we went for a little ride. Holy @!#$, i had trouble breathing under intial accelleration.

To my knowledge there was never a DSM that was a spider and all wheel drive from production. It was more than likely a GS-T.
ya i was going to say that the gsx was only a hard top.
