i always thought those were pretty sweet little cars

personally I like it alot. It comfortable, preaty roomy, the entire inside folds flat with hard plastic backs on all of it and in the truck, even the passenger side seat fold flat, makes for alot of room to store stuff, I just bought this big wooden shelving unit thing that fit inside, its over 6 feet tall. I liek the color sceme on the interior and the gauge setup and all that. Lot of little storage pockets here and there. Everything is simple with it, its got power everything including sunroof. It is not fast by any means, in fact its really really slow. For my mom speed doesn't matter, she wanted power everything with a sunroof, automatic trans, good gas milage, room to move big items, and didn't want to sit real low to the gorund, this car was perfect for her.
I almost bought a black used Matrix xR a while ago, but the dealer tried to screw me 'cause I'm young, so left after calling him on it...
I still wouldn't mind having one, though I have my eye on the new Dodge Caliber. I'll have something along these lines in the next year most likely....

BTW... Meant to say, way to go. Great car, and a real good deal on it. Enjoy!!

I had a rental Matrix from a local Toyota dealer. The exact same model as you bought. Auto, sunroof, etc. I thought it needed more power. The slushbox did not help out any. Kinda amusing to drive. I wish they had the XRS as a rental.
Good choice getting a Toyota though. The reliability should be high.
Watch the front bumper lips. They are low. The rental I got had less than 100 miles on it. I took a turn wih a slightly deep gutter across it, and scuffed the driver side lip quite well. OOPS. Good thing it was black
Cute, is that your pink visor?
you bet your ass that pink visor is mine
