waz up guys? I have a friend who has a 93 voyager 3.0. His car is throwing blue smoke out the tailpipe. He needs new piston rings probaly. He asked me if we could buy all the gaskets and seals to reseal the engine. I said that we probably could but since his engine is throwing blue smoke would I have to change the piston rings or should we buy a used engine and work on that one? He has like 150K miles on it. what would you do?

If it's running alright besides the smoke, I would say it's rebuild time.

It stills runs fine and real smooth on the highway. It has taken us to all of our soccer games!!! There are no problems with it other than the smoke out the tailpipe. oh and I think the valve cover gaskets are shot too.!!
