Cobalt Supercharger

Anyone know what kind of supercharger the Cobalt SS is running? and how much PSI stock?

It's an EATON Supercharger. Stock it puts out 12.5 PSI with GM stage kits it goes higher.

Whats even better is GM sells it at 205hp at 5600rpms which is crazy because it keeps making power to fuel cut at 6200rpms.

Modds:
GM Stage 2 with SFPHQ 2.8 pulley
Injen Intake
GM Dual Pass Aftercooler w15psi Surge Tank
GMPP Exhaust Manifold
CTi 3" Downpipe and Cat
Custom 3" Cat Back with Dynomax Super Turbo Muffler
ZZ Engine Mount
ZZ Front Trans Mount
B&M Shifter
NGK BKR7E Plugs
DC Strut Tower Brace

Save your money on the Cobalt, and by the SC kit, the cobalt weighs about 3-400 lbs more then the cavalier, and although you are running less boost it is related the the volume of the engine......

I drove one and wasn't impressed and the best I have seen one do is 15.0 at the track.

Yea I've seen someone run a 15.6 in a Cobalt, but I've also seen several STOCK SS's run mid to low 14's. Best stock time that I know of is a 14.3 96mph.

If/when I get an SS/SC my first mods would be a Stage2, Spec stg 2 clutch, Toyo Proxies, mild drop.
