Well since the S10 boards are no help I figure why not ask here.

I having a problem that seems to be getting worst, when I shift from 2nd to 3rd my gas petal will floor itself. I either have to hold the clutch in or turn the truck on and off to get it to release.

I have no idea what is causing it, plus it only is between those two gears.

any ideas?

BTW it's a 91 S10 v6 2.8 ltr 5 speed.
