01+ Sebring coupe interchangable parts?

Alright guys, I have a question for anyone out there who knows what's up:

Are there any suspension parts from either a 00-04 Eclipse or 99-03 Galant that can be used on an 01+ Sebring or Stratus 2-door? By suspension parts, I mean struts, springs, sway bars, and the like.
