all i can say is wow it handels soooooo well
still not sure how i feel about these. Looks are.....ok. Power is nice. Weight is....ehhhh. FWD only....poop. Oh well.

the front is damn sexy..and that color..beautiful...but it all ends there
its only got the 4 cyclinder but still i got up to 100 like nothing its a auto which was good because i can't drive a stick but it has that thing u can change the gears your self. it handel soo well around bends every thing. if i didn't have my z24 i would go get one. but with the v6

I wasn't that impressed with it when i drove it and that was the v6 stick. It had power and was a descent highway cruiser, but thats about all it did for me. Its too heavy to be that nimble and there was some torque steer. I'd rather have an Evo...
im still dissapotied that the went wit the mivec.
the 4g6 is legendary. its an iron monster. sure it had problems......alot of problems. but its what made the exclispe. and imo dsm as a whole. they could of worked with it. I did hear however a turbo mivec is in the works. but again with the V electronics going into it its becoming less and less of a tuners car and more and more a high end wannabe.

I cant imagine it handling that great, I know the v6s are total pigs, I dont think the 4cyl is far off.
IMO the eclipse is a "tainted" name. I associate the name with a good looking piece of @!#$ car. Thankfully for mitsubishi, people buy good looking things.

I'm glad you had fun and everything, i'm sure it's a blast to drive, but it's soooo ugly and plain to me. I actually liked the old Eclipses better.

Its because the eclipse is no longer a sports car and they don't want it to compete with the evo. Sucks but thats how it is...
The 4g63 in the evo already is a "turbo mivec" engine.
? a mivec motor is not a 4g63. the 4g6, is the motor that has been behind all true -DSM heads for the past 15-20 years. mivec is a whole nother story its a high end motor for the rich folk.
BTW its basiclly a just another v-tec.
