Some of you know about this already but noone has seen the pics yet.... I work for VW, I'm a tech... we have a Ab Motorsports division (Autobarn is the dealership)... theres a few of us that modify cars, new and customer cars, along with regular dealership work ect..
The new GTI's we took a few and had a budget for each... everythign form 19"s, 18"s lowering springs, full coilovers, tire upgrades, tint, chips, ect... well here are some pics... theres even talk about putting in a dyno
not a fan of this one.... just lowered on powdered coated black 19"s
I like this one, lower, powder coated black 19"s, the black plastic ground affects smothed out and painted to match (second one just iek this, except the last one was chiped and had tint to
lowered with 18's partially powder coated to match, and again ground effects smoothed and matched

^^ I agree. I couldn't ask for much more from a dealership then what the red one has to offer. Very clean, very nice!
Can't stand the stock rollers that those cars come with. The black wheels are a definate upgrade...

Those pics are just teases to me, cmon Ryan i know you can take better pics. I need a good one for my desktop. I originally just liked it in white but I really like that dark gray. It looks better "in person" than on the website I think.
Can we have some rear shots, maybe even some interior pics?

the plastic all the way around has been painted... I'll get some pics tommarow if I can of the interiors and rears ect.. I'll try to get a pic of the white one on the H&R full coilovers, tucking factory wheels and tires

Darkstars has warned us over and over again about VW's reliability issues. Dark? do you think they're trying now to fix those issues or is this a polished turd?

Honestly the cars are 2 new to say. But Iwill tel you when the new jetta first came out... if it cam ein for ANYTHING you had to call tech line and they had an engineer check out what the problem was, even if it meant flying out to the dealership to see it in person the next day. Every issue that has come came up they did everythign in thee power to get it fixed right now and even have changed things mid production on the assembly line, VW knows with the new modle they can not @!#$ this up cause the company will not survive another body style change of all junk cars.... so we will see how they turn out, I can tel you they put alot more effort into the ne ones then the old ones.
oly repetitive issues we've been seeing so far is the little light in the bottom of the drivers door panel, the cover falling off, dash rattle right in to the top middle of te dash, rattle in the front door panelsand thats about it..... this time around they **should** be a far better car
