Actually there is a valid use for those kits...
Some dirt track events require two drivers, one for the steering, one for the gas and brake, they do similar setups all the time because its easier to do that than move the gas and brake pedals.

Can't learn to drive with no steering wheel!
it'd be a little akward to use the turn signals and windshield wipers though...

Neither is reaching your arm across to the steering wheel from the passanger seat when your delivering mail.......Id take that any day...
It would be interesting to see what happens when the pass side airbag goes off.
Just go jack a driver instructors car and there ya go.
DISCLAIMER: That was a joke. I do not recommend stealing anyones car.

Looks like a pretty new truck. I say truck because if you notice its got a 2nd shifter on the side for 4wd options.
Id thought you could always do something like that for a RHD mod, but do it BEHIND the dash!!!
wonder how much that slows down the steering.
GO PATS!!!
so that's what a mail jeep looks like inside... hrmmm

*sigh. that's a Jeep cherokee (like my Jeep), and that's a right
hand drive retrofit for postal workers. It's a common retrofit
because the cherokee was a very popular vehicle in municipal
fleets. so honestly. take that "JDM YO HOLLA" and shove it.

Who pissed in your corn flakes.
What if your belt broke while you were doing about 65 down the freeway? You'd be in deep @!#$.
Well most postal workers dont deliver mail at 65+ miles an hour....
that was on ebay a month or so ago in a cherokee.
LOL....ok so you're out on a country road delivering. You finish your last stop. Now you have to go home. How fast do you go when you wanna get home and you're on a country road? About 55 or so. Even at 55, you're still screwed.

You can pop the cover off the driver's side hub and attach the wheel for regular highway driving.
