My newest ride
Wednesday, February 22, 2006 8:50 PM
well its actually been about 5 months since it happened but i never got around to posting it but this is my newest dd aka cavalier replacement...its a 1989 six cylinder wrangler...it came with a 2 inch body lift, 2.5inch suspension lift with rancho rs4000 shocks, and about a 1/2 inch shackle lift. The tires are 32X12.50 BFG AT's. This summer i plan to get a 4.5 inch suspension kit, drop the body lift down to 1 inch and whatever size tires i can fit when the bfg's are done. After that a front locker and ill probably at least try to shorten the stock axle ratios if not replace them completely.

and this is the poor old cavy...may she rest in peace...and i know i havent updated my profile ill get around too it

it's not how fast you go, it's how you get there that counts.
ZZP XP cam, 1.6 rockers, 105# springs, speedbuilt FWI, 3.3" modular pulley, TOG headers,
3" exhaust, flomatched injectors

actualy you cant tell from the pic but the passenger side airbag did crack the windshield pretty badly...on a good note i dunno if i just sit far away from the wheel or something but the drivers airbag didnt even touch me...and i think im only of average height, 5'10. i did used to have the seat all the way back though

Nice new ride. Im part of the jeep fam too! I have a 1990 jeep cherokee inline 6 with 185,000 miles on it. Im not modding it just keeping it running. Very impressed on how long it has lasted. Sorry about the cav. The z wheels would of been a good thing to save off the car.

funny thing is that is the truck that totaled my cav...they towed to to the same lot....the only thing that happened to it was the front bumper was bent into the tire and rubbing so the guy didnt drive it

A little too beige for me, but whatever. So how much damage was there to the car, under all the body panels?
