well from what I remember reading the trucks and SUVs were all suppose to look different. I'm assuming they're all the same due to money issues. But I did some some photoshops of what the silverado might look like and it looks nice.
AAUGH! They killed it! I like the front end of the current design much better. This rounded design "softens" it. It doesn't look aggressive anymore. It looks more like a Honda then a Chevy! Damn and I really wanted to get one in a couple of years. Guess I'll have to look for used ones.

ell except for the HJonda is a better quality vehicle. bummer, the old ones were 100% better...meaner looking. This actually looks like a Van with a bed
Ok.. Honda does build nice cars.. But the truck.. Is the biggest POS ever.. It is a VAN with a bed.. 'Nuff said.

Beautiful. I saw the New Tahoe a few days ago and It looks sooo smooth. Avalanche in Silver would kill, I like it

BZZZZZ....wrong! Yes it shares the Pilot platform(Honda Global Light Truck) and the 05+ Odysseys do too.
You drive an ION and call a Honda a POS?!
I like the old style Avalanche way better!
@!#$ that...a good upgrade for the tahoe and yukon would have been the 05 silverado front end..not that pussy front end they have now....i think GM @!#$ up with the avalance and full size suvs
ugh! Sickening! It's the same front end as that ugly ass Honda "truck" No way should they have gotten rid of the split headlight design. Unbelievable. Seriously ugly.
But that'll make interesting for a front end swap from a Silverado or another split headlight design.

I think they went with single headlight because 1. there was really no where to go with the split design, they did square, round then sharp angular square. And 2 a lot of the other trucks/suvs are a single headlight design.
I think this front looks alright on a tahoe, looks like total @!#$ on the avalanche. But here are some photoshops of what the GMT900 trucks might look like, and IMO I hope they do cuz it looks damn good.
and about the honda "truck" more reliable than the avalanche, I'll meet you half way on that point, I know honda is good I used to own one. But it is @!#$ty at being a truck IMO.
In my opinion NOTHING is as ugly as the Ridgeline. Although Honda does have quite a list of nasty looking cars: Civic, Element, Ridgeline, american Accord, CRV, insight, Acura RL, I think they are trying to prove no mater how beyond nasty they make the cars, they will still sell them.
As for the Avalanche I never really liked them, so I don't even care what they look like. However I do love that picture of the new Gm trucks
the avalanche is still ugly to me either way
What's up with the grille? It looks weird with the bar off center instead of dead center like it always used to be on Chevy trucks.

LOL Like what Ford did with the Taurus back in '95 which in previous years before that was the #1 seller in it's class.
eh looks ok
never really liked them in the first place, but they always got awsome reviews, and sold pretty well
Hey that Chevy's a Honda !
Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.
