... we are still arguing about it! my friend has a 93 honda civic. He knows a little about cars. I met with him the other day and he asked if I knew how to change the trans filter, I said yeah! he told me he tried to change his auto transaxle filter but he couldn't find it. I said, I don't think your car has a filter for that. He said that he has one because he went to the auto parts store and bought one!! I told him I would check on the internet and see if his car does have a filter. Does n e body know if there is trans filter on his 93 civic?

Yes it has a filter. You have to remove the transmission oil pan to get to it.
