Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.
my vega had a 824HP big block 496 in it...does that count as a pint size car with a big motor?
GO PATS!!!

i don't have any under hood pictures of the vega...the other car, but not the vega...
GO PATS!!!
I've seen a 40's crosley panel wagon with a 500ci caddy motor and TH400 in it. Their's also something wicked about a v8 in the back of a corvair as well.
that cavalier was on ebay a while ago, i think it was only going for about $15K, which isn't too bad considering what it has
what about a 1985 Subaru GL with a 454? balls
When I used to have my old Mustang, a guy back in Saskatoon used to run around in a 1980 Chevette with a built 350 in it. It was damn ugly, but went like hell once it managed to grab traction. If not for the straight pipes and no hood it could have been one hell of a sleeper.
On a side note:
Redneck - what the hell happened? You went from something people dream about owning to a dime-a-dozen, slow cavalier? Please tell me you're working on another strip car.

the cavalier is just a get around town car. thats why i decided motifying it is pointless. it'll never be fast enough to be as much fun as the drag cars...
sold the vega for a monte carlo
sold the monte carlo for a 32 ford roadster
its a family operation...dad, brother, and myself work on it. dad does majority of the racing, i've done a few brackets (not since i tried to crash), and little brother is getting his NHRA license soon.
photo bucket is acting up so hopefully those pictures work...oh and sorry the pics are so big, i suck at resizing.
GO PATS!!!
