OK I searched and didnt find anything on this.
I plan on ordering a turbo Solstice this summer. I was almost going to go with something else untill I found what RK has done with the Solstice.
I dont think the $695.95 price tag is to bad.

if the grill was moved up on the bumper about 6 inches like closer to where it is stock it would look a million times better

gravana's looks a hell of alot better

x2
700 bucks for a front bumper and skirts seems pretty pricey to me, but i dont know it does look sick, but that car also has been lowered, nice wheels, brakes, spoiler, hood, interior, paint on the hood...
all i mean is it looks damn good, but it has been modded out to seel the kit, a regular solstice might not look as sexy, still a cool kit
I'd rather have a Sky.. Looks nice right from the factory.
Red 2005 Saturn Ion-3 Coupe
i'd take either the sky or solstice. that one looks nice though. those cars aren't good for a big guy with kids coming in the next 2 or 3 years though...
GO PATS!!!
I think the RK kit looks way better than the gravana. Matter of fact I almost hate that kit.
I know this isnt a practical car. but I dont care. I have an extended cab S10 for all my other needs. No wife or kids in my near future eather.
This car is my dream car in a sort of way. When I started my search I knew I wanted a smaller RWD convt. I drove a convertable Mustand for two years before I had my cavy. I miss having the top down. I also wanted something a little more grown up I guess you could say. I love S2000's but they cost to much and are smaller inside. A lot of owners I talked to say they dont like driving more than 2 hours in the S2000. The Miatas are to small for me.
The cavalier just dosnt do anything for me anymore. This is a car I can keep around for many years and be happy with.
Ive also decided to go ahead and try to find a reg 177 horse non turbo. After looking at the solstice forum I find that it will be hard as hell to get ahold one once they go on sale and Hahn already has made some great progress on a turbo kit for the reg model.
I like the skys alot but they cost more than I want to spend.

only thing i ever think of when buying a car with a turbo is that they require premium gas. southern cali right now premi gas is 2.89 and rising...
thats what caused my brother to get a Golf 2.0 instead of the 1.8T.
GO PATS!!!
Yeah gas is high in Houston also and we make the damn stuff. GO figure. and It will most likely be over a year before I would even think about the turbo upgrade. A nice intake and exaust will be it for a while as far as motor work goes.

You need to see the cars in person. From the pics I did think the RK car was better, but when I saw the Gravana car in person... wow. I'm not knocking the RK kit though, because I really did like that kit, too. Really, both kits impress me a lot. I think if it was for my own car I'd pick the Gravana. I love that RK hood though, I'd definitely want one of those.

the former." - Albert Einstein
the big thing i hate about rk's are the grill openings , they are WAY TO FREAKIN HUGE
the hood and the sides look good
then you get the wing , and it looks bad
gravana's fit the bill of a great looking well rounded kit , with out going over the top
I really like the tall holes in the RK bumper. But I just remembered that IN Texas I HAVE to run my front plate. There is no good way to mount my plate on that bumper.
On the Gravana I would be able to tuck it back in the middle opening just Like I do on my Cavy Avenger front.
But will the Gravana be urethane?

OK Help me out please.
Are there any more pics of the Gravana besides the ones in this
post?
I can only find drawings on the Gravana site and it shows a rear bumper but the real car shots only show a stock rear.

the photo's of gravana's there wasnt time for the rear bumper to get done before sema
and currently the car is out getting some other stuff done to it
